In an effort to prevent canine cough we are now requiring Bordetella vaccinations to be given every 6 months.
New guests must have their vaccination a MINIMUM of 14 days of being boarded or for daycare.
VACCINATIONS MUST BE ADMINISTERED BY A VET. We are no longer accepting owner administered vaccines.
It is the season for canine cough, take precautions & inform yourself!
We have cleaning protocols in place but the safest bet for your dog is a strong immune system.
- Symptoms typically show within 3-10 days of exposure.
- Most dogs are able to recover without veterinary intervention.
- Vaccinations available help prevent or lessen the severity of some, but not all causes of Canine Cough.
-Not all dogs who encounter these diseases show symptoms, but they can still transmit the disease to others.
